About the Role
Comserv Services, LLC is a leading provider of commercial two-way radio equipment, public safety upfitting, and GPS tracking based in Memphis, TN. We are hiring an Installation Technician who will install two-way radios and public safety equipment into First Responder vehicles.
Most of the work is performed in our heated and air-conditioned shop, although some outside work is performed from time to time. If you have 12-volt electrical experience such as car stereo or alarm installations, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Install two-way radios and public safety equipment into First Responder vehicles
- Perform 12-volt electrical work including wiring and mounting
- Work primarily in our climate-controlled shop with occasional field work
- Lift 50+ pounds as required
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude on the job
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Must pass a drug test
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Automotive electrical or mechanical experience preferred — we will train the right candidate
